Answer: No, we assemble furniture from all major brands, including Argos, Dwell, John Lewis, and Habitat.

Question: Do I Need to Provide Tools?

Answer: No, we bring all the necessary tools for assembly. Just sit back and relax!

Question: Can You Dispose of the Leftover Packaging?

Answer: Yes, we work with a 3rd party that offers eco-friendly disposal services for packaging and old furniture. Refer to EcoBox Collect for more details. If possible, please let us know you need your waste disposed off at the time of booking so we can arrange a suitable vehicle etc.

Question: Who Pays for Parking or Congestion Charge?

Answer: Parking, congestion, and other zonal / parking vehicle restriction charges are applied at cost to the customer where applicable.

Question: Do You Install Shelves or Hang Pictures?

Answer: Yes, we offer additional services like shelf installation and picture hanging. Just let us know your needs!

Question: Can I cancel a booking?

Answer: Yes, not a problem, but please cancel your booking 24 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (our minimum charge will apply).
